Within Without

A derelict church transformed by immersive video design and aerial dancers

Stockton International Riverside Festival

Stockton’s derelict Trinity Church was converted into an arena of light, texture and movement, using projection mapping and immersive video design to envelope the church and its audience in a 360-degree canvas of seamless animations.

We commissioned Full Tilt Aerial’s dancers to mesmerise viewers with awe-inspiring performances that moved rhythmically and synchronised with the vibrant animations and electronic score from Salamanda. Within Without was inspired by the local community’s response to the theme of ‘sanctuary’.
